The hotel facilities include 16 large rooms that accommodate up to 40 people, with private baths and modern sanitary installations, large dining room, social areas, kitchen, laundry and service rooms.
The hotel currently operates as a 3 stars establishment, but with a relatively small investment (mainly in furnishing and equipment) it can be upgraded to a 4 stars hotel. Because of the large size of the land property the hotel can expand so as to double its current capacity.
