Prime Mountain Lot in Altos Del Maria

It is the highest lot in Altos del Maria at 3300 ft., and the largest lot in the neighborhood called La Rioca. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a high degree of privacy. There is only one unoccupied house built on that street.

The lot has a flat area at the top for up to a 3000 sq. ft. house. The lot slopes down to another flat area about 20-30 ft. down, where there are numerous types of fruit trees abutting the edge of the jungle.

Because of its location, no one can build a house that would block your view of the mountain or ocean. You can have a great view of the Pacific Ocean if you cut just a few small trees, or build a house with a 2nd floor. The ocean is about 20 miles away. You can see the buildings of Coronado and other nearby towns along the ocean.

I also have architectural plans of my dream house, which was designed by
a top-notch Colombian architect in Panama City. The plans are about 80% done, waiting to be finished by you. I will sell them for $2000 (I paid $7500). You would then pay the architect to finish them according to your specs.

I was going to build with M2 (foam panels with built-in rebar that gets cement sprayed on the outside to form solid structural walls) rather than cement blocks and rebar. I have lots of info on M2 if you are interested. The plans were designed for M2. But I would recommend a standard tile roof.

I paid for a Topo map and a soil test as well. You get those as part of the deal. They are worth about $1000.

The price per sq. meter in this neighborhood is between $45 and $54. I am selling this for $34/sq. m.

Reason for selling: I had to pay for two large hospital and doctor bills, so I no longer have enough money to build a house.
