Information for Rent
At your arrival receive the department totally clean, the pool and common areas in excellent condition. There are provided bed clothes and bath towels before you arrive; sheets and pillows for each bed, in addition, the beds have mattress-covers, quilt and blanket (winter season). Hands-soap and hygienic-paper (1 roll per person). A pool towel by adult is provided during your stay.
The price includes, water, gas and electricity that you consume during your stay; also Sky TV (there's one TV in the dining room) and Internet. Even, the person doing the cleaning is contracted 1 time per week.

Gas stove with 4 burners (with oven).
Refrigerator.
Blender.
Microwave oven
Coffee machine with filter
Basic cooking utensils: 2 pots with lids, 2 frying pans, set of cooking tools (shovel, bucket, tumbler, etc.), lemon squeezer, can opener, 6 knives, potato peeler, strainer for pasta, water jug, cutting board, salt, 2 Pyrex, 6 glasses, 6 plastic cups, 6 bowls, 6 dinner spread, 6 cups, 6 sets of cutlery, dish towels, one roll of kitchen towels, disposable plastic salad bowl, 2 tupper -ware, soap and fiber to dishes, trash bag, mop, broom, dustpan and bucket.

Prices:
PROMOTION: Season from May to November US$125.00 per night per person (minimum 5 nights up to 4 adults and 3 children).
High season: December to April US$180.00 per night, per person (minimum 5 nights up to 4 adults and 3 children).
Cost for additional person (up to 2) US$40.00 per night per person.
