Super safe neighborhood and town, security is a bit overdone but sort of fun anyways..

There is some work needed, it is all negotiable, I am doing some more remodeling here and there such as refinishing hardwood floors, and simple misc, but i don't want to get too involved in it as someone will potentially want to add their own touches, condition of the house is around 8 or 9 out of 10, it has a few flaws, but nothing major, and it's all negotiable for right buyer.
