The property has a main house with 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen and 5 cabins. The farm can accommodate 8 to 10 people. The house and cabins are made of beautiful tropical wood and all have electricity and running water. There are 3 sources of water on the farm; rainwater collection, 3 hand-dug wells and a connection to the municipal water supply of the town Pedro Vicente Maldonado, which is a local town located about 1/2 hour away. in addition there are several streams and waterfalls on the property as well. There are also hundreds of birds.

This land 9 years ago was pasture land with about 25 acres of secondary growth forest. Today it is planted with a wide variety of tropical fruit and lumber trees, listed below. There are 3 areas under plastic roofs for plants that do well with less water than the rainfall we have, for some vegetables like beans, tomatoes, peppers and parsley.
