NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the department or on its balconies. If the tenant smokes he must do so outside the apartment.

PET FEE: There is an extra fee of USD 500.00 for pets. $300.00 is non-refundable and $200.00 is refundable based on the cost of the cleaning and damages.

- Sheets stained, ripped or lost

- Curtains stained, torn or lost

- Walls extremely dirty or scratched

- Towels stained, ripped or lost

- Furniture broken, cracked or stained

- Damage to electrical appliances

- Door cracked, scratched or damaged

- Lamps broken or lost

- Dishes broken, damaged or stained

- Loss of any item listed in the inventory

- Any other damage that is not listed in the initial inventory

- Smokers, residual odor or stains

- Pet odor, damage, dirt or hair
