On the opposite wall, there is an eating space with connected benches (storage beneath the benches) and the couch. There are two sliders moving the table area and couch area out allowing for extra interior space. There is a matching couch (which converts to a bed) and chair.

The larger bedroom is on the other side of the kitchen area. This bedroom has a full size bed (with storage below), closets and overhead lighting with cabinets + closet storage.

There is a propane tank connected to the mobile home and an air conditioning/heating unit. All windows (of which there are many) have screens as well as screening on the two doors.

Outside of the mobile home, there are two water holding tanks with a pump for extra water storage. There is an underground water irrigation system surrounding the property peripheral with trees planted. There are various water connections througout the property. There is an unfinished laundry or storage room. There is storage underneath of the mobile home. The landscapping includes many varieties of trees, cactus and plants. This is an idea climate for fruit trees.
