As one of the world’s leading wine producers, Mendoza is the heart, mind and soul of the Argentine wine industry. It is also one of the last affordable places to purchase ample vineyard estates in any world wine producing center. Napa, Tuscany, and certainly Provence all have real estate values equaling anywhere from at least 6 to 8 times more per square meter than properties found Mendoza.
