Beautiful House in Southern Ecuador(Vilcabamba )

Beautiful house a few minutes from the village of Malacatos in the Loja Province of Ecuador. Malacatos is 20 minutes by car from the touristic and village Vilcabamba.

The terrain is o a small hillside, overlooking the Malacatos valley and the Mandango mountain. It is aprox. 6000m2 (1.5 acres). The House has a bedroom, a kitchen-living-room, and a bathromm, all in all about 60m2 (200 square feet). There is a small storage house nearby. It was build in 2009. The garden has over 60 trees planted, including Macadamia, Walnut, Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, precious palm trees, etc. There is a very nice garden with a lot of flowers.

On the propery there is another spot were it is possible to build another bigger house, if wanted. The neighbour is an american from Arizona and there is are some other foreigners nearby.

Vilcabamba has a nice expatriate community, nice cafés, some tourism agencies, a nearby national park, lots of good, fresh air and nice climate, as it is aprox. 1500m above sea level.
