The 3-stars wellness hotel is located in Austria, in the region Carinthia, in the village of Bodensdorf. The hotel has 84 beds and 26 rooms. It is located 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach and the beach.

Thanks to the exceptional location, the Lake Ossiach can be reached in a minute, and the ski centre Gerlitzen in 5 minutes (60 km ski slopes, with free shuttle bus stops near the hotel). Another 7 ski centers, including Hermagor-Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Kranjska Gora with a total of 350 km of ski slopes are only 30-40 minutes away.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2010 and expanded with a new spa. It consists of the following services: Jacuzzi, steam bath, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna with salt therapy, tepidarium, relax area and massage room.

The hotel meets the latest fire safety, HACCP laws.

Also belong to the hotel 6 rooms for the staff and one separated apartment for rent.

ROOMS:

The HOTEL has 26 rooms, from which 21 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 triple room, 1 family room (with 6 beds) and 2 single rooms. 14 rooms has balcony with wonderful view to the Lake Ossiach and to the nearby mountains. The rooms without balcony has a panorama to the mountain Gerlitzen.

All the rooms are equipped with Bathroom, Toilet, LCD TV with Satellite, unlimited WiFi Internet access, hair dryer. Extra beds for two children with a 160 cm long bunk-bed are possible.

RESTAURANT:

The restaurant is suitable for 90 persons (can be increased with more 50 seats on the terrace). The kitchen is fully equipped. The restaurant is suitable for all types of catering such as half board, full board or all inclusive. Moreover, it can also be used as a'la carte restaurant at the same time.

WELLNESS:

In the Moroccan style built, brand new wellness area with a special atmosphere offers the following services:

- Steam Bath
- Finnish sauna with salt-therapy (with Himalayan salt-brick)
- Infra Sauna
- Tepidarium
- Massage room

A Jacuzzi (Whirlpool) for 8-10 persons can be builtable.

Within the Wellness Hotel's 15 - 30 km radius we can find several well-known and popular thermal baths. For example: Villach-Warmbad, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Bad Bleiberg and Spittal.

SUMMER:

The Wellness Hotel is 200 m away from Bodensdorf's centre. You can use the sport center and beach services next to our hotel (tennis, beach volleyball, kayak, windsurfing, pedal boats, water skiing, banana).

The Lake Ossiach (Ossiacher See) and it's beautiful region offers you on summer cultural and free time programs: swimming, water sports (sailing, waterskiing, banana, surfing, Kayak, paddle boat), fishing, pleasure boating, tennis, beach volley, Nordic walking, biking around the lake and the mountains, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, motorized hang gliding, golf, mini- golf, riding, bowling, festivals, concerts, meetings, concerts profile.

The Lake Ossiach's crystal clear water heats up on summer 27 degrees Celsius, so it is ideal for swimming.

Our hotel is located close to the Lake Wörther (Wörthersee), which also offers on summer many cultural programs.

14 golf courses can be reachable in 30-40 minutes.

WINTER:

The modern ski-centre, Gerlitzen, has totally 60 km long ski slopes, which is permanently developed. The free ski bus starts to the lifts from the front of the Wellness Hotel. It is accessible 7 more ski centre from our hotel, among others the Hermagor-Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Kranjska Gora.

The total lenght of the ski slopes are more than 350 km!

It is already available the TOPSKIPASS for the 2010/2011 ski season. With the pass we can ski 1,028 km long on Carinthia's and East Tyrols' 32 ski resorts and we can also use the 283 lifts!

The hotel's website is well established on the market, it is related to several Internet sites and has many visitors (500-600 visitors / day in peak seasons).
