Both, the building and our condo both, are well maintained.

Rental rates include ALL utilities, air conditioning, tv cable, wifi internet, private beach area, safety deposit box, 24 hr security.

Building also has own private generator so no need to worry about electricity.

Our studio is located just east of Cabarete Centre.
At front of complex you will find transportation available to take you to town.
