In addition to that building are nine other buildings making up the boutique hotel which opened in 1981 with one small cottage.

  • Within those buildings are a further 14 units, each with bathroom, veranda and cooking facilities and 4 very simple cabin units with shared bathrooms. Internal rooms photos are almost all of guest rooms.
  • A quiet beach bar for guests and passing trade completes the income earning areas.
The separate office building is equipped with the usual computers, printers, internet service etc.

There are NO income-devouring meeting rooms, big reception areas etc.

A feature of the property appreciated by guests and the current owners is the garden, always in flower.

    Location

The present owners chose this site carefully in the 1970s and it has always been, and remains, in the centre of that 1000 yard stretch of beach that is the most sought-after, and therefore attracts the premium room rates for the hotels.

Beachfront Living

Straight from your beachfront home you can:
  • Put on your swimsuit and swim in the very clear safe waters of the Caribbean
  • Walk almost 2 miles one way and 3 miles the other way as the sun rises from the trees that line the shore
  • Sail a canoe, motor-boat, jet-ski, windsurfer etc.
  • Enjoy a gin & tonic or beer as the sun goes down into the Caribbean right opposite your villa, as the beach and villa face due west.
The owners' villa is newly decorated and the whole property is in the VERY BEST LOCATION in Jamaica. There is really no comparison with other properties that are "only 5 mins from Negril", "On the cliffs", "across from the beach". "view of the beach". Unlike other properties which have almost built in the sea and spoiled the beach, we have built allowing the full depth of beach to be used by owners and guests. Our beach has both sun and shade (provided by trees).

We are the beachfront location everyone wants.

The whole property is fully maintained (absolutely NO deferred maintenance). Approximately 2 years' supply of spares (fans, towels etc.) are kept. Great Value!

Unfortunately due to reduced capacity and age, we have to sell and the price IS negotiable.
