These cliffs make up their part of the Great Rift Valley and it's the views into the valley floor and across Lake Malawi at its bottom that are the focal point, the drama, the magic of this place. It is one of the great views of Africa. It's huge and beautiful and ever changing. It can't be overstated.

Nestled amongst the trees and perched on top of those cliffs is the lodge. A large open plan restaurant kitchen, bar and restaurant. The site is completely solar powered and fully plumbed with taps through out the gardens and at the campsites. The campsites are a combination of purpose built sites for backpackers and those driving around Africa with roof-top tents. There are three sets of ablutions for campers, both of which use composting toilets and donkey boilers which provide tons of hot water to the showers. There is a large lockable storage shed also on site. The lodge takes up a tiny proportion of the land available leaving a huge amount of room for further development.
