Large Ocean front studio apartments with oversized bath (2) and 2 smaller deluxe rooms for rent. The beach is clean, known for kitesurfing and swimming. Full use of pool next door. Watch the whales during the season and be amazed by the kitesurfers from June to Dec. A morning walk on the beach is a wonderful way to start your day. This is some of the best weather in the world.

We are 20 mins South of Manta and have public pick up trucks every 30 mins. Your also welcome to catch a ride with me on one of my daily trips. Pick up at airport or bus station. Santa Marianita has some great casual restaurants for fresh seafood within a short walk.

The large Studio Apartment kitchens are complete. Just bring your suitcase. All have a-c, internet and direct TV. Washer, Dryer available. We have several channels in English.
I do provide at no charge a notebook with Internet should you not have your personal computer. If you don´t see it please ask for it.

This is a quiet beach during the week however can be noisy on weekends and holidays. You will fall asleep to the waves. Just a great location to relax and explore either the North or South coast of Ecuador.

I do have dogs and cats. We are pet friendly. Sorry no children. Should you be interested we have a friendly expat community that looks forward to meeting newcomers. Able to rent daily, weekly or monthly. Prices vary on unit and time desired. I am open to a long term rental at a special price.
