Unhampered sea (15 m) and coastal view from the ground floor as well from the partly shadowed terrace upstairs. Very suitable for a wonderful diving and snorkeling experience but also for those people who like quietness, swimming in the blue Caribbean sea and walking.
- Direct access to the sea (stairs and a very nice platform)but also within walking distance (5-15 min.) from two of the most beatiful beaches of Curacao: Playa Kalki and Playa Knip, the latter the most gorgeous beach on Curacao. (Also take a look at our own website in the Manager Info!)
- It was built in 2006 and is situated at the seaside of the resort and at short distance of pool, parking lot and entrance to the sea. All provisions, including 2 TV's (US) and wifi.
Equipment: 2 TV's, wifi, airco (2), fans and good furniture. The 2 bathrooms have warm water supply and everywhere screens and mosquito nets.
- 1st floor: comfortable living with view on the sea, kitchen (incl. cooking plate (4x), refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, water cooker and blender) and all linen. Bathroom, (computer)desk and 2 extra beds with linen. Baby crib including linen. TV set.
- 2d floor: bed- and bathroom (with linen, baby tub) and nicely furnished balcony/terrace (12 m2), all with a great view on the Carribbean sea, the coast and the sunset. Big 26 " flatscreen TV (with all the necessary US stations), big wardrobe with safe.
All furniture and other equipment is (almost)new and included in the sale. The resort has a lot of other facilities such as a reception, washing machine and rental of dive equipment.
Newly built is a big storage room , ideal when you have renting guests. The rental record is quite good and also for 2012 there are nice perspectives.
Rentals in cooperation with the management established on the resort.
50 % of the owners are Americans, the other half consists of Dutch, Canadian, French and Antillean owners.
Fees: Monthly fees $ 164 (including the costs of the management, crucial for rentals!). When not renting out the fees are about $ 100. Taxes: not known yet, probably about $150/year
The surroundings consist of sea and hills. Beautiful scenery especially in the National Parks Shete Boka and Christoffel Park, both 5 minutes by car. You can climb the Christoffel Mountain (375 meter). Closer is Knip Estate, a very nice museum about the slavery era and the life of Dutch plantation owners. Continue to Ascension Estate (beautiful building and turtles in the Ascension Bay). Interesting is a visit to the real Westpunt. And there is Willemstad, that attracts as a World Heritage many visitors with its colourful quay, refurbished quarters, the "boat bridge" and the many shops and restaurants. Also the Seaquarium is worth a visit.
