Just 30 miles North of the famous Rio De Janeiro is the Regions of the Lakes in Marica'. The home sets on two large lots on the Atlantic Ocean. It gives you the open feeling of outdoor living and excellent views of the ocean, sunsets and wildlife. New arched colonial windows with shutters and hardwood doors were installed through the house.

On the back of the house a large circular patio was constructed that connects to the pool. You have beautiful views of the Ocean.

The garden has many tropical plants. Six Coco bearing trees, hisbicus and ollanders trees and bird of paradise plants.
The furnishings come with the house. Two custom king size hardwood beds with storage drawers, some antique furniture, six American ceiling fans, patio furniture, and large capacity washer machine. All kitchenware and dishes, and linen. Also many tools and garden tools.

The guest house is two bedrooms one bath needs updating and has a one car garage.
