This beautiful lake front property has about .7 miles of shoreline and is located about one hour from Panama City, Panama. It is easily accessed by paved road by any type of car at any time of year from the Panamerican Highway.
It is laid out in such a fashion as to provide perfect privacy and yet, at the same time, be very convenient to Panama City and all it has to offer. A new mall, which will be the largest shopping center in Panama, is opening about thirty minutes from the property.

It could be used, as I use it, as the perfect getaway for the person who enjoys his or her privacy or it offers the perfect combination of beauty and practicality which would make it a wonderful site for a high-end development.

There is a private entrance on a shale based road to the small house where I live which continues down to the lake to an area for launching your boat. A small covered cemented area is located beside the lake[rancho] and there is a floating dock beside the rancho.

Electricity is supplied commercially and operates a pump in a private well to provide an abundant supply of high quality water. High speed internet and satellite tv is available.

The house has about 1200 square feet and is located on a small hill looking down on the lake with wonderful views. The fact that a bay from the lake comes in on each side of the house adds to it's charm but there are hundreds of potential house sites with wonderful views. I have lived here for seven years and it has been just about perfect for me. My only reason for leaving is to develop another property in the mountains.

Many different types of trees[including many fruit trees] have been planted..me, like lemons, mangos, and oranges, are already bearing fruit.

Although it is well worth the price I can be slightly flexible in that respect.
