Sadly we are having to sell or rent our family home in Sweden.Over the years we have done lots of renovation work to it,including the kitchen and upstairs of both main house and holiday cottage and the stables

There is an open, airy and spacious living area with views to open country side and windows on both sides so very light!Original wooden beams and wooden floor through out with wood burning stove and central heating too.We also built a wooden terrace which is a lovely place to sit and have meals.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and large living area too.We had new dormer windows put in in 2009 so there is more space and great views across open countryside.

There is also a holiday cottage that sleeps upto 8 with separate kitchen and so newly renovated roof space with 2 spacious bedrooms and newly fitted sky light windows.We have rented out the cottage and it makes a good investment as it is a very popular holiday is full of charm and very homely.We have had it all insulated and had heating fitted too.

We have stables with 3 good sized boxes and renovated 3 years ago .
Also big traditional barn ,paddock and lovely gardens surrounding the property as well as lots of parking space in own drive and parking area.

THe property is full of charm and original,traditional features such as wooden beams,wooden floors,old bread oven in cellar etc
It is situated in a beautiful,picturesque area near a town called Angelholm and ere are stunning sandy beaches close by and great country walks and horse rides is a very popular holiday place so the good for renting too.

As I have young children I know about schools and activities for kids and there is plenty on offer.
The thriving city of Helsingborg is 25 mins away ,Malmo about an hour so the property is very central to cities also.You can get to Copenhagen within an hour and half.
