We are located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic in the town of Cabarete, just 19 minutes' drive from the Puerto Plata International Airport.

This is truly an ideal location. Cabarete is a world renowned location for kite boarding and windsurfing. It offers something for everyone, with a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach and many fine beachfront restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and two friendly casinos in nearby Sosua. In addition to many adventure tour operators, there is no shortage of things to see or do. Or you can just lay back and get a beach massage while you tan in the warm tropical breeze.

This apartment is well situated. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the action, but just far enough removed within our gated community for those times when you want to just relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet in lush tropical surroundings.

This ground floor apartment opens onto a private terrace that is just steps from the pool and surrounded by a beautifully-maintained tropical garden with large mature palm trees and many flowers and vegetation. Janet's supermarket is just across the street for when you need to load up on food and refreshments. There is even a laundry attendant on site for a small cost, so you don't have to spend your vacation time washing clothes.
