Welcome to our vacation home in Mulege, Baja Mexico. We fell in love with this place in 2006 while it was being completed. Lot is owned as well through fideicomiso, no leasing to deal with! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. There is a master on the main floor which is filled with windows, and has plenty of closet space. The main bathroom has a Roman tub and shower down in Mexican tile, with a wall to ceiling linen closet.

The living room and dining room are open concept, and there are patio doors leading out onto a sun porch that is perfect for your morning coffee. There is also both an indoor and outdoor fireplace, also done with Mexican decor.

Head upstairs and enjoy the custom made wrought iron railing. Two more bedrooms are awaiting, with a shared bath in between. Both bedrooms have their own closets and patios.

Situated on a corner lot, there is also green space on two sides. Green space that consists of tropical palm trees,pepper plants,grapefruit,mango ,banana bougainvilleas, and other such foliage.

The casita is located in The Orchard, a quiet complex just minutes from the town of Mulege. The neighbors are the best there is, and the setting is near paradise. We are the original owners, and are selling only because we now have two toddlers, making travel quite difficult. Our hearts will always love both The Orchard, and Mulege.
