This property generates almost $50,000 a year in rent and has room for 21 more oceanfront condos. It's 7100 square meters (apx 75,000 sq. ft.) This Caribbean oceanfront lot has 58 meter/174 feet of ocean front, two 3-bedroom homes, two 2-bedroom condos (that we just finished constructing), a 53-foot long pool with oceanview, a small kiddie pool, three septics for sewage, three cisterns to store water, a separate facility to store the transformer, all enclosed on three sides by a ten-foot tall wall and, in the front, by an equally tall fence (to not block the view). It's situated on the main road that circles the island, between million dollar homes and two hotels. Very safe, the locals speak English (since England controlled the island for over 200 years), and the water in front is so crystal clear that Sunset Hotel, next door, has a scuba diving shop.

San Andres is out of the seasonal hurricane path, 300 nautical miles directly south of Cayman Islands, so property insurance is cheap. Dolphins pass by within sight of the property several times a year. The fishing and scuba diving is incredible.
