The villa is built on a hill overlooking tranquil Salt Pond Beach.

GREAT VIEW OF SALT POND BEACH AND THE ATLANTIC OCEAN!BEACH IS 5 MINUTES'WALK AWAY NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL.

The property has a fenced yard, two balconies, lots of light,natural ventilation, sea breeze, burglar bars,large flower and tree garden,fruit trees, compost bin. The villa is a smoke free space.

TRANSPORTATION: 20 minutes to Kingstown by public mini-vans; The main road is reached through a local access road. Renting a jeep can be done in Kingstown, 7 miles away. The main road is a 10 minutes'walk from the house. There are grocery shops nearby in Prospect,Calliaqua and Stubbs, along the main road.

+TWO STOREY VILLA
The top of the house,upper floor, is at road level; the lower part sits on the hill. There is free parking on the side of the road.

+UPPER FLOOR:
FEATURES:a balcony with a lovely view to Salt Pond Bay ,a living room area with two couches, a large U shape kitchen with lots of counter space;
one closed bedroom with double bed (linen provided),a dining area and a small bathroom.

+LOWER FLOOR:
FEATURES:a large terrace with 180 degrees view! Good to dry clothes;
a big room with on one side a queensize bed, a full bathroom with shower(soap & towels provided),no bathtub, shelves,closets,laundry corner(detergent not provided);linen, towels- not beach towels- and mosquito nets are also provided.

Utilities:
gas stove,one gas bottle, internet included. There is a washing machine to share downstairs with owner; access to the garden by outside stairs; lovely view and fresh breeze!


MONTHLY RENTALS

+SPECIAL:CAD $1400/monthly - US $1115/monthly

FOR LONG TERM RENTALS, PLEASE CONTACT THE HOSTESS, special rates apply; the house would be available from end of April-May 2018, for 1 year rental.

+ N.B. A deposit of 50% is asked at the time of booking the house.Full payment one month before case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival,the deposit will not be refunded.

All guests are asked:
+ to leave the house as clean as they found it, to wash linen.
+ to keep the property neat and clean outside and to use the compost bin in garden below, to save plastic bottles for refunding/recycling;
+to reduce garbage, as it needs carrying to the bottom of the hill on Mondays before 8:00 a.m.
+to keep all doors and Windows hooked to the wall, as there is always Wind, to prevent damage.
