Colonia has a population of 30,000 and it is situated on the River Plate. It is 2 hours drive from the capital of Montevideo and 3.5 hours from the world famous beach resort of Punta del Este. You can reach Buenos Aires by high speed ferry in one hour.
The house can be sold fully or partly furnished and equipped (lawnmowers, tools, televisions, beds etc.) to enable a relatively seamless transition.
