We own property in Marracuene (where the Nkomati river meets the beautifull Indian ocean 25km from Maputo) and we need a partner to invest in one of our plots in order for us to build a guesthouse and have somebody there to manage it.
We are looking for persons who want to move to Mozambique for a total change of life. We definetely would welcome people who would enjoy the sunny beaches, fishing and the blue ocean of Mozambique. Interested parties should speak English but Portuguese would also come in handy. Investment can be small for partnership in guesthouse at Marracuene (Euro 100 000) but we also have holiday stands and other property on the Marracuene Peninsula at the beach for development.
