The Villa is located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on the beautiful beach of “Playa Paraiso” in a gated community. The Villa is just 25 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen in a quaint resort-type residential neighborhood in Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches of the world.

Please contact us by e-mail to confirm availability.
Once we have confirmed your requested property and dates are available we will send you a rental agreement via e-mail or fax.
This price includes up to 10 guests and is for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Failure to send remaining fees may result in a cancellation of your reservation. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.

You will receive an e-mail or fax receipt each time money is paid.
Full confirmation will be sent once your final payment is received.
