Our house is located in "Las Neblinas" which is a small neighborhood in Alto Boquete, which about a five minute drive from downtown Boquete going towards David. The altitude at my property is about 3,000 feet.

The terms are: $500.00 refundable security deposit and first and last months rent due upon signing a rental contract. I cover yard maintenance, water, and garbage collection costs. You would pay your electricity and propane gas refills monthly. The electric is usually about $28.00 and the gas tank costs about $7.00 to refill. My home is available for rent as of now, it comes furnished and equipped with linens and kitchen essentials, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of closet space, hot water, fireplace, dual sinks in the master bathroom, dishwasher, stove-oven, dimmer switches, clothes washer and dryer, ceiling fans, covered parking, hardwood doors and cabinetry, laundry closet, utility closet, granite kitchen countertops and in the master bathroom, gypsum ceilings. The yard measures over a quarter acre in size with a beautiful view of the Volcano "Baru" and surrounding mountains. When the weather is clear you can see all the way down to the Pacific Ocean. The area is quiet and not far from downtown Boquete. The climate is cool and the cost of living is very low. Six month minimum lease preferred, no smoking, kids or pets.
