Charming two bedroom home in Abadiania Brazil, 5 min walk from the casa of John of God, the famous healer as shown on TV,documentaries, books and Oprah.
People come from all over the world to this location to either witness miracles, improve their health, or have a multitude of beautiful, unusual spiritual experiences. There are sidewalk cafes and restaurants to meet and mingle with people from around the world speaking all languages. There are meditation rooms, new age bookstores, massage treatments and crystal light therapies available.


The house consists of a large front metal double doors opening into the living room. The place can be considered a 2 bedroom, or 1 bedroom with den. Sunlight beams into a white ceramic kitchen. White tiles are throughout the house. A spit level with new terracotta tiled roof and lifted ceiling - 360,00m2. Mini skylights in ceiling of 2 rooms. Freshly painted interior and peachy exterior.


Gated and walled with winding brick pathways around front and side of house. Included is a photo that shows the unique magical "orbs" that are in abundant around house and throughout this village of miracles. Digital cameras can also sometimes capture images of fairies or elf like figures dancing around gardens.

The garden has 2 rosebushs, 1 mauve flowering plant, 1 orange flowering bush, 2 small mauve green bushes, 2 castor bean trees, 1 small tree with purple flowers, cactus tree, 1 avocado tree, 2 banana trees, 1 small palm tree, 3 tall long needle pine trees, 2 fruit bearing trees at front entrance, bamboo tree cluster


This property is unique because it is located in an area of the world that has incredible healing mystical energy - with many crystals that envelope the town, and with the energy of a man called John of God.

There are people in the village of Abadiania where the house is who are property managers along with pousada owners (small hotels) who could act as such. Even my real estate agent there could be asked if he would like to manage the house for rental.

The place is currently empty, with water and electric turned off. I thought the place would show better that way other than having someone living there at the time of showings.
