There are enough cooking utensils and tableware to prepare a gourmet dinner for 8 people. It has a large fuctional island with lovely granite counter tops throughout. The living room area sits 6 and the two futons can be made into a double bed.

The large covered terrace with sliding glass doors and screens has 2 very comfortable chaise lounges to enjoy the birds flitting around the flowers or get caught up on all the your reading or just fall asleep listening to the ocean.

All the windows and doors have screens to allow you to enjoy the lovely breezes during the day,and all the rooms have individual a/c units to give you the option.
