The pool is 11 meters long and 5 meters wide and is tiled with a glass spa tile by ONIX MOSAIC; the pool comes equipped with underwater lighting, pump and filter.
The Villa has its own sound proof generator shed where an 11 Kva generator and 24 battery bank will be imported and installed when the house is sold. A German SMA inverter-charger has already been imported and will ensure the system is completely automatic, that is, the inverter-charger will exclusively operate the generator and charge the batteries in order to improve the system’s efficiency and the lifespan of the equipment. Three to four generator hours are enough to meet the Villa’s energy requirements; the 24 batteries provide the remaining energy required. Solar panels can be incorporated but this is not recommended if owners are not permanent residents as the system requires usage and maintenance.
A small room at the back of the Villa holds the gas supply and imported hydro powered water heater, the room also offers storage for cleaning supplies, etc.
The interiors are partially furnished; all 4 bathrooms are completely equipped and furnished. Bathroom tiles are ROCA and were brought in from ROCA’s factory in Valencia, Spain, along with all faucets, toilets, washbasins and accessories, ensuring optimal quality and durability for all bathroom finishing’s. All bathrooms come complete with several sets of towels, including swimming pool/beach towels.
There is also one furnished bedroom, complete with sliding door double closet, dresser, superking size bed, bedside tables, valet, etc., all custom made in solid mahogany.
The kitchen was designed and made in Italy for this Villa, then shipped to Taveuni, along with a glass/cast iron stove, large Combi stainless steel refrigerator, 110 liter stainless steel oven, washing machine, espresso machine, microwave, bread maker, etc. The kitchen comes complete with kitchen appliances, cutlery, dinnerware and all the necessary utensils for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. All kitchen counters are made of original SILESTONE, also imported from Europe.
The lounge is equipped with a large treated leather Italian sofa, solid mahogany TV set, auxiliary tables, lamps, etc. There is also a solid mahogany sliding glass door linen closet. A 47 inch flat screen TV and DVD is also supplied.
The house comes complete with over 20 linen sets, pillows, decorative cushions, sofa pashminas, comforters, cotton blankets, Portuguese linen bedspreads, etc.
All windows have custom made Portuguese linen curtains and stainless steel hardware accessories.
The Villa comes equipped with over 70 light points and 6 fans. All electrical supplies and lighting were imported from New Zealand to ensure optimal quality, design and durability.
Please note that there are some items that still need to be installed such as mirrors, some outdoor lights, etc. These items will be supplied shortly and can even be ordered to meet a particular preference. Some work on the driveway is also pending.
