Good day, the property is a producing farm, with fertile soil.
It is a five minute walk to a nice beach. Very tropical ,bannanas, oranges, limes,mangos, avacados ,and much more.
I have owned it since 1986, and have made vast improvements. There are two water wells ,one for irrigation the other for in house use.
Property is close to the beach and there is a golf course 15 minutes from the farm. I have two full time employees working the property.
