Our lodging consists of three villas, or small homes, overlooking the beach, Pacific Ocean and Rio Buchupureo, and is capable of accommodating up to 12 guests. With double pained windows, open oak beams, wood burning stoves, and solid construction, the superior quality of craftsmanship is evident in all facets. Most notable is the slate rock walls throughout the gardens, both traditional to the area, and modern in their styles and form. The possibility of additional lodging is tremendous, estimating at least a tripling of capacity.
La Joya del Mar, since 2005, has achieved a well deserved and respected reputation as a quality restaurant and hotel, pioneering elite tourism in Coastal Chile. We attend a wide variety of customers from both national and international markets. The small town of Buchupureo is also growing as a tourist destination, featuring open, wild beaches, and world class waves. Buchupureo was recently named by Surfer Magazine as one of the top 100 waves of the world, yet retains its “country” atmosphere. The black sand beach in Buchupureo is roughly 2km long, and the valley boasts a Mediterranean microclimate, claiming itself as the most Southern area on the planet to grow papayas.

Enmarcado por los jardines mediterráneos y el azul profundo del Pacifico, “La Joya” ofrece el lifestyle, ingreso y potencial de crecimiento para un comprador motivado.
Nuestro restaurant, conocido y recomendado por el país, atiende hasta 65 personas. El comedor, lounge y bar destacan una architectura moderna y abierta, todo con vista al mar. Los muebles y el bar son de roble, con algunos toques de ciprés. Terrazas exteriores, rodadas de un jardín establecido y precioso, ambientan a la hora de almuerzo o por eventos.
Nuestro alojamiento consiste de tres villas, todas con vistas al mar, playa y al Rio Buchupureo, y pueden alojar hasta 12 huéspedes. Con ventanas termo panel, boscas a leña, y una construcción solida, la atención al detalle se nota por todo. Lo más notable son los muros de piedra laja, tradicional de la zona, pero modernos en su forma y estilo. La posibilidad de ampliar el alojamiento es tremenda.
