Country Villa for Sale in Capranica Di Sutri, Lazio, Italy

Family Home in the Etruscan Countryside, 32 Mi. N. of Rome

The house is on a cul-de-sac in the middle of a pine wood (called 'Localita' la Trinita') off the via Cassia. The township is Capranica di Sutri, Viterbo province.
The area is naturally and archaeologically priceless, surrounded by towns and villages founded by the Etruscans, rebuilt by the Romans, and finally by the papacy (among others, Tarquinia and its beaches are about 40 min. away).
The house is presently fully furnished, but depending on buyer's interest it can be offered empty. (The present price does not include the furniture.)
Phone, TV w/satellite connection, and wireless internet--though not in all rooms and not super fast (this is a rural community). An internet key for your laptop is needed.
An hourly bus stop to Rome is in walking distance.
An hourly train (Viterbo-Roma)stops at Botte di Vetralla (10 min. by car). (Last train stop is at St. Peter's basilica.)
Shopping is at Botte, Vetralla, Capranica or Sutri (all 10-20 min. drive away).
There is a swimming pool at about 5 min. drive away and beaches on the lake (Lago di Vico) at about 15 min. drive away.
