*All bedrooms have closets and are on the lower level.
*The kitchen, dining, and living areas are on the upper level.
*The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, 4 electric stovetop burners and full size refrigerator. Dishes, flatware, glasses, and cookware are also provided. Dining table seats 6 adults comfortably.
*Large terrace has partial ocean view and small terrace has view of golf course, gate entrance and Blvd. Kulkulkan.
*Beach garden with grill is available upon request.
*Beach access through garden and walkway of main house.
*Electricity is NOT included in rent.
*Water is filtered and drinkable.
*NO PETS
*no smoking inside of apartment
*no loud parties as apartment is in quiet neighborhood

*If renting for a FULL YEAR or more, the rent is $2,200 USD per month plus utilities.
*If renting for less than one year but during LOW SEASON (June 1 - Nov. 30), the rent is $2,500 USD per month plus utilities.
*If renting for less than one year but during HIGH SEASON (Dec. 1 - May 30), the rent is $2,700 USD per month plus utilities.
