The villa is located 500mt from the stunning Playa Penca beach,close to Flamingo, with a private bungalow bar to serve drinks, food and rent sun beds.
There are two large bed room at ground floor, with two single beds & cupboards in each room, plus another bed room with a double bed, cupboard and bath room in the mezzanine.
Each room has an independent bath room with sink, water closet, bidet and shower with hot water. Special curtains are on all the windows.
Also there is a living-dining room with electric cooking machine, kitchen cabinets, fridge, air conditioning in each room, dining table with four chairs.
Outside there is a large patio around the villa, suitable to locate sofabeds, table,chairs and two large hammocks and two small ones. An additional external sink in the back side of the house offers the possibility to wash some clothes or through the handle shower to clean feet with beach sand before entering the house.

The garden is a condominium one but the village is enough large to guarantee full privacy. Next to the villa there is a 500sqmt swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and sun beds around the pool, at disposal of the villas owners.

The village is gated and secured, with just an entrance with bar, and a couple of guards 24/7. Around the village there are other four similar ones all part of the Flor de Pacifico Tourist Resort.

Always inside the village near the entrance there is an Italian creamery with delicious ice cream, espresso, cappuccino etc. as well an Italian restaurant, one grocery shop, a travel agency for arranging taxi or excursions, and a real estate agency which controls and takes care of the villas on request, their cleaning, and a laundry. The agency in case can also rent the villas for short or long periods, in the name and account of the owners.
