Every attempt was made to leave as little impact as possible, both visually and physically with the design and construction of the home. For this reason the house makes up in size with its efficiency and utility.

Having said that most beach house guests confess that once the arrive and settle in, they rarely like leaving the comfort, breezes and the view of our "million dollar" veranda.
