Tropical Hardwoods were used for the cabinetry, furniture and veranda. The position of the house makes the most of the ocean breezes and also insulates from the heat and surprising coolness of the evenings

There is ample space for four guests upstairs as well as another couple downstairs. Due to environmental factors all the bathing areas are downstairs (some outside!). The beds are accented with imported Egyptian cotton linen.

Every attempt was made to leave as little impact as possible, both visually and physically with the design and construction of the home. For this reason the house makes up in size with its efficiency and utility.

Having said that most beach house guests confess that once they arrive and settle in, they rarely like leaving the comfort, breezes and the view of our "million dollar" veranda.

This is also one of the few homes in Costa Rica that is literally beach front, with private steps that take you down to the beach that this beautiful home overlooking crystal blue Drake's Bay, with breath taking views of Costa Rica Pacific Coast!

No detail was left untouched despite being located in one of the most remote, and bio diverse places on the planet. The modern block construction bases is finished with tropical hardwoods and modern U.S. brand appliances throughout including air conditioning.

This home has great rental property potential for either short or long term or could be the piece of paradise you have dreamed about.
