The asking price of $975,000.00 in our opinion is bang on the money. You will be hard pressed to find anything of this caliber in this price range anywhere in the Caribbean. We priced it right so it will sell quickly. Our debt-load dictates that we must sell for cash only. But we may consider British Columbia oceanfront, lakefront or income properties as a partial trade.


You get four beachfront one bedroom suites with a/c and cable t.v.

You also get 2 second row one bedroom suites with a/c and cable t.v.

You also get five ocean view cabanas with private bath.

All electrical, plumbing, septic and water supply has been updated to North American Standards.

All together you get eleven units and a laundry room combination store room.

The view of the reef from the huge covered outside balconies on the beachfront suites is outstanding. The spacious master bedrooms have air conditioning and cable television. Each unit has a private bathroom with a good supply of hot reverse osmosis purified water. Free WiFi in each unit.

We also have a 175' long pier with several wings and palapa and hammocks.

Our exact location on Caye Caulker is as follows: From the Caye Caulker Water Taxi pier take a left and walk 8 minutes South along the beach. We are beside the Anchorage Resort.
From the airport : Walk 500 feet to the beach. Walk North along the beach for 3 minutes.
