Eco Retreat in P.O. Box 120, Luganville, Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu

Lifestyle Opportunity in Luxury Waterfront Eco-Retreat

Invitations are extended to discuss the opportunity of a joint venture with the Australian owners to co-own, co-manage and expand an eco-retreat. The waterfront property is on six seperate titles (no mortgage) and is zoned commercial. The initial hard work has been done - managers quarters and luxury tented villa built, solar system and water installed, roads,land cleared and fenced, environmental study, business plan, staff, legal and accounting setup and website.

We are now ready to launch the business and are looking for like minded partners to help grow and manage the business.(Ethical in business and environmentally responsible). The investment would be secured with titles to land to the value of the investment. The ideal investor would be looking for a lifestyle change but not want to be tied to the business 24/7 but have skills, enthusiasm and energy to contribute. The co-management arrangement would enable both management teams to have ample time away -perhaps three months on, three months off.

The investment offers;
Affordable entry
Capital growth opportunity
A lifestyle business with time off to travel and be with family
Stimulation and adventure
Secure investment

The retreat is the first and only luxury tented eco-retreat in Vanuatu, situated on the island of Espiritu Santo. Espiritu Santo is the largest of Vanuatu's 80 islands and is serviced by direct flights from Australia to the international airport.(Brisbane to Santo is just three hours flying time.)

Set on 15 acres of coastal land, only 15 minutes from the International airport, and close to several other high-end resorts, the property is well placed to ensure guests have peace and privacy in luxurious surrounds without limiting availability of varied dining experiences and activities.

The land runs between the main sealed coast road and the water and is high set several meters above the high water mark. It comprises the original coconut plantation, natural forest and parklike coastal land with abundant ancient rainforest trees, including some magnificent Banyon trees. Two offshore islands protect the pristine coral reef just meters from the shoreline.

The retreat takes its name from the many small sandy beached coves intersperced along the waterfrontage with each title having at least one beach. See the blog site for more images and contact advice.
