The farm is located in the hart of prime agricultural land at the foothills of the Andina mountain range, just outside of the Capital of Santiago (in the Metropolitan Region). With an additional 413.5 hectares of unplanted land, there are nearly unlimited options for both expanding the current avocado production and for diversifying the farm in to many other agricultural or related areas. Commonly produced agricultural products in the area include wine, olives, wheat, corn, and numerous other popular export fruits and cereal grains.
