Maintenance,utility bills: light & gas are are the responsibility of the rentor. The rentor is responsible for any damage or breakages and is expected to maintain house, pool and domestic areas in good order.

Property is available for sale with clear title by negotiation. Buyers in Brazl are responsible for conveyancing costs/fees. They are required to have a valid tax registration (CPF/CIC) this document is easily obtained upon presentation of passport, birth certificate with mothers name and letter of reference from a Brazilian resident to the Tax office in Cabo Frio.
