Isla Cabras (Goats Island) is located in Southern Chile, commune of Hualaihué, Tenth Region of Los Lagos, Palena province and can be reached from Puerto Montt to Hornopirén by car on the Carretera Austral and from Hornopirén to the Island by boat in four and a half hours. The property is titled and there are no annual property taxes. Hornopirén is the closest town that has all the services i.e. banks, health clinics, grocery stores, boat rentals, hardware stores, drugstores, etc.

The Island offers amazing views of the ocean and an old growth forests with a wide variety of native species. It is ideal for fishing and dolphin watching.
