The beach house is for sale fully furnished and equipped for 8 people. There are 3 queen beds (one queen a new sleep number bed) and one bedroom with a twin trundle bed. All furniture and was purchased new in 2006 and a new kitchen was installed in 2006.

The home is in a small beach village two hours from San Juan, 45 minutes from Ponce on the southwest corner of Puerto Rico. It is located in the protected dry forest of Guanica (Bosque de Seco - 16 miles of hiking trails), the warmest and driest part of Puerto Rico. The area is know for fantastic scuba diving.
