The kitchen has polished speckled concrete countertops with hardwood cupboard doors in uppers and lowers. Propane powered stove, large refrigerator with a back-up (refreshment) fridge in the storage area. Large 14 foot island allows enjoyable meal preparation while socializing with your guests. Lots of inside storage with a special room for linen/tools/ etc.
Front courtyard includes two separate casitas... lower casita has provision for small kitchenette that could accommodate live in support, with a king size bed and a single bed as well as a two piece bathroom with outdoor palapas style shower.
