Ideally located in the center of Montana on highway 191 half way between Billings and Great Falls, with spectacular views of the surrounding Mountain Ranges. There are lots of tourist destinations such as Yellowstone, Glacier Park, Musselshell River, Missouri Breaks, Ski Centers, the city of Bozeman etc etc all very accessible. The area has a reputation for prime hunting territory both big game and upland bird shooting. Other pass times are Fly Fishing, Ice Fishing, Golfing, Bird Watching, Photography, Agate, fossil finding, Indian Artifacts, leisurely walks etc plenty to do for all ages.

Home From Home is not the typical assisted living. Its unique interior western flair with the influence of Charlie Russell and Lewis and Clark are evident, displaying trophy mounts, skins, antlers and western artwork. The furniture is a mixture of American and European Antiques which compliment the atmosphere making it elegant, warm and homey. Visitors often comment and say its not like an assisted living its not clinical its more like a dude ranch.

The building is 8300sq ft and consists of a spacious lounge area for residents with a bar we hold a Beer and Wine license & catering endorsement ( included with the sale ) A feature point is a large branding board that displays many local ranch brands and if a resident comes from a ranch we add their brand to the board making the place more personal to them.
There is a 60 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with Home Theatre surround sound including microphones and karaoke equipment.

Two bathrooms are accessible from the lounge one with a walk in tiled shower, vanity and toilet and the other has a bath tub, shower, vanity and toilet. Both newly plumbed, both have grab rails strobe and alarm call systems.

The spacious open plan lounge provides a cozy area where residents can sit and relax in front of the fireplace. The dining room is partitioned off the main lounge area, very pleasant where we serve the residents restaurant quality meals.

All meals are prepared in our large commercial kitchen consisting of Vulcan 6 range, double Vulcan gas oven, griddle, broiler, 45 gallon deep fat fryer and a 32 inch Vollrath Charbroiler, Large extractor hood with fire suppressors etc. Other items include steam tables, Jackson commercial dishwasher, walk in coolers e kitchen is stainless steel and virtually approx 2yrs old.

The front elevation of the building has 5 resident single rooms, each room is spacious larger than required by the licensing authorities, all rooms have own private toilet and sink. Tastefully furnished with satellite TV and mountain views.
To the south elevation of the building there are three extra large rooms with private individual entrance off a private deck. All have splendid views with own satellite TV. All have private toilet and sink vanity, one of these rooms is ADL Compliant for wheelchair use. The extra large rooms have internal access to the assisted living, entering into the Elk Recreation room a spacious room where residents enjoy daily activities arts, crafts, games etc. Internet also available via wi fi.
Home From Home also has its own shuttle bus included in the sale.

The outside of the building is structured with siding and logs for a true western look. The building sits on three city lots, there is a concrete disabled entrance ramps new steps and railings. The parking lot was all redone. To the rear of the property is a free standing double storage building and dog kennels and pen. To the north side of the building there is a approx. 400 sq new foot deck.

Above the assisted living is a furnished apartment approx 1200 sq ft consisting of a spacious lounge with mountain views, one bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom. The apartment has independent internal and external access.
The building is in great condition, new tin roof plus all plumbing and electric are virtually new.
