Streets and services are maintained by the homeowners association which has been in place since 2008. Volunteers from amongst the owners serve on the board of directors to oversee the development. Security is in place year round with daytime security only in the summer season when few residents are present.
The casita is finished in stucco on the exterior and interior with patate ceilings throughout. The pressure water system is pump driven from your own pila which is connected to city water. A propane powered hot water tank and cook stove are included as well as our furnishings, etc.

The Mulege area has been subjected to hurricanes and flooding over the past few years and this casita has fared very well.
