It boasts 21 rooms with private bathroom, hot water and AC and one dorm-style room with shared facilities. We have an excellent reputation with the Guatemalan government and the most popular hotel sites.

We are located 30 minutes by boat from Belize and 1.5 hours by car from San Pedro Sula International airport in Honduras. Livingston Village can only be reached by boat and offers a unique mix of seaside landscapes and lush interior river jungle environments.

CONSTRUCTION
Solid build first floor concrete and second floor T 1-11 on hard wood floors, lobby, reception office, manager office, two family rooms. Across the street, we have an annex building with carpentry & repair shop, laundry, water supply and storage rooms. The honeymoon suite is octagon-shaped with tempered glass sliding doors providing a magnificent view of the bay and river. It includes a balcony, living room, dining room, full bathroom, cable TV and phone.

ROOM PRICES & AMENITIES Dorms beds rent for $ 12.00 pp, single room $ 65.00 pp, double $75.00, triple $ 90.00 Quadruples $120.00 and $25.00 per extra person. Honey moon $ 150.00 per night. The main restaurant seats 70 comfortably, the second restaurant at the annex seats 20. The hotel and restaurant caters to the cruise line tour business and can host weddings and group events.

One shuttle bus with seats for 16 guests.
3 boats - one 19-footer with 40 HP outboard for fishing, one 25-footer with 115 Yamaha 4 stroke, and one 36-footer with two 200 HP Yamaha two stroke motors for transporting guests.
