The road conditions are very good with easy access to Boquete or David.

A 6 minute drive in one direction takes you to Boquete. There is everything you can think of in Boquete including several doctors, dentists, video store, office supplies, restaurants galore, 3 grocery stores one of them large, several bakeries, several banks, several hardware stores, 3 proper coffee shops and 10 other things I haven't listed. Be sure and check out the Tuesday morning market for fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables and many other items of interest.

Driving 20 minutes in the other direction, takes you to the larger city of David. It is the second largest city in Panama. The city boasts fine restaurants, doctors, 3 hospitals, electronics stores for sound, TV, video sales and service. There is also a Price Smart (Sam's Club), TGI Friday's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald's, Mitsubichi, Ford, Toyota, and Nissan Dealerships, about 4 flagship hardware stores like Home Depot, 3 Texaco stations and about 8 Delta gas stations. There is an Ashley Furniture Store, 3 farmers markets and several butchers.
