Weddings are markets as “wedding weekends. A wedding takes over the entire resort for the entire weekend, booking out all the lodges and the conference centre. That is the manner in which the facility has been marketed.

Conferences are given the option of booking the whole retreat or only some lodges.

The current facility can accommodate up to 85 adults in comfort, and the conference centre can accommodate up to 110 people.

The full commercial kitchen servicing te conference centre can cater for the 110 people. The conference centre itself comprises a reception/foyer area, the main room is mainly floor to ceiling glass panels, a separte bar area and toilet facilities.

As part of the sale, the kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc housed in the conference centre will belong to the incoming managers who will be responsible for paying an annual rental of $35,000 to the vendors who will retain ownership of this building and land.
