It is also a great place for anyone looking to relax in a laid-back atmosphere of a perfect sunny climate, fresh Caribbean breeze, and great sunsets year-around.

The Villa offers a million-dollar view from its balcony for a fraction of price! Easy to get to from major airports, good infrastructure (roads and public services) with a multi-lingual, friendly population; English, Spanish and Dutch broadly spoken. Curacao is known for its spectacular diving and year round activities, including Carnival and the North Sea Jazz Fest Curacao. The town of Willemstad is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Villa is authorized for up to 4 people, fully furnished, and has all the modern amenities. The Resort includes a pool with a gazebo, ocean access and laundry facility. The first floor of the Villa is a combination kitchen, eating area, and living room that ends with a sliding door to the covered patio and a beautiful view of the ocean. Furnishing includes 4 chairs, sofa, loveseat, 2 end tables, 2 coffee tables, stool, and cabinet. It has a fully appointed kitchen, with refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner flat-top electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, kitchen ware and utensils. There is a full bath with a large shower and reinforced bars for hanging dive gear.

The second level is a bedroom with twin beds, dresser, and night stand. The room has a large closet that has a safe, plus a custom built owner's closet with a lock and ventilation. There is a second full bath and second sliding door that goes out to a large partially, covered terrace. The view is breathtaking! The terrace includes a table for four and a removable stainless steel grill. It is a perfect place to sunbath, dry dive gear, have dinner, or just watch the sun go down over the ocean with a cold one!

The surrounding area is very quiet and consists of unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and the hills.

If you like diving, the Villa offers a diver's paradise and comes with custom built areas to hang and dry gear. Located within 50 yards of the water edge, the Villa was handpicked for its proximity to outstanding diving facilities and easy access to reefs around the island. The resort has two direct access points to the sea. In addition, some of the most famous Curacao dive sites frequently written up in PADI Sports Diver magazine are within short driving distance. Divers can gear up on the front patio of the Villa, walk a short distance, take a giant stride and discover the house reef that is accessible only from the Resort. A full service dive shop, including rentals, air and Nitrox fills is minutes away. Although Curacao is called Shore Diving Capital of the Caribbean, boat diving can also be arranged.
