Huaran is a small Peruvian village in Urubamba valley, better known as the Sacred Valley. It is located 9 km from the Town of Calca in the middle of The Sacred Valley.
It is a small community dedicated mainly to agriculture. Huarán will give you a real feeling of community living in a safe environment.
It is located at 9km from Calca, 11km from Urubamba, 30 minutes from Pisac, 35 minutes from Ollantaytambo and 1 hour by car from Cusco.
It is an absolutely beautiful village. Surrounded by tall mountains, flowing river, unbelievable scenery and a very relaxed feeling.
Huaran offers plenty of walking and trekking opportunities. People are friendly and most of all, it's off the beaten track, and you can say you've been to the part of Peru not many people would have even glanced a look at.
Built with all natural materials from the area, such as adobe, wood, stone and mud, achieving the perfect harmony with nature. Our aim is to provide a friendly and interactive service.
There is a waterfall located approximately one leisurely hour walk. This is a easy trek from our place where you will experience the beautiful view of the waterfall of Arin and once at the top, the amazing view of the valley.
