Riverfront Lots 6.25 Acres Near Caribbean Sea

For Sale we have 50 Acres Undeveloped Virgin Jungle Riverfront Property Right Near the Caribbean Sea on the Moho River. We will be subdividing this 50 acre piece of land among 8 owners. Each owner will get a total of Approximately 6.25 acres. Each owner will have a 1 acre portion that will be a 75 foot wide Riverfront Lot. The remaining Approximate 5.25 acres will be in the back of the property behind the 8 - 1 acre Riverfront Portions.

So with your Riverfront 1 acre portion, and your Lot of 5.25 acres, you will have a total of 6.25 acres of land. The first 4 people involved in the purchase of land here will decide the property lines and determine the rest of the details. If one owner wishes to purchase a double portion of the land they have that option.

Generally the idea would be that you might have your Boathouse, Boat, Dock and maybe even your house up at the Riverfront 1 acre portion of the land. The 5.25 acre larger portion in the back is where you would perhaps have your gardens, but you might decide you would like to have your house back there as well instead of up at the river. This is just an idea for the Land use to get you thinking.

River is able to accommodate Fairly Large Vessels. You can park your Yacht right by this Property if you have one.

For Water Access a simple Well could be Dug and water wouldn't be very deep, or Rain Water can be Collected. The water directly from the river itself would be salty at this location because it’s starting to mix with the Caribbean Sea.

There is Cellular Reception at this Property.

Road access is available from Punta Gorda Boom Creek Road. We would have to Build the road to the property if owners wanted road access which they probably will (Approximately Just under 2 Miles of road needs to be made) This road construction can be fairly affordable especially if it is split among 8 owners.
